Equipment Needed: water, 2-4 sets of dumbbells of varying weights, interval timer either a chair or flat bench.
What to Do: Complete each exercise for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest between each exercise. Perform 4 circuits and rest 1 minute after each circuit. Be sure to watch the video demos before beginning the workout.
